Information on exchange & refund procedures and regulation on delivery cost

1. Cancellation of purchase can be made by e-mail, fax or phone within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. Returns and exchanges are made after the seller's consent and the product purchased should be sent back to the seller within 7 days from the date of the seller's consent.

3. Returns and exchanges of the product is possible after the product returns to the seller..

4. Refunds can only be made in the payment method used at the time of purchase. (Credit card, bank transfer)

5. In the case of simple exchange (change of size or color, change of mind) or refund (change of mind),
     the customer is responsible for the roundtrip transportation cost and all the other related expenses.

6. In the case of defective products or incorrect delivery, delivery costs will be paid by MOOTO Shop.

Notice on policy on non-exchange and non-refund

1. In case the value of the product is reduced by the customer's use (ex: smell of perfume, signs of wearing, long time neglect of the product, etc.)
2. When the box or the product tag is lost or damaged (ex: packing boxes of such products as shoes, headgear, etc.)
3. If the packaging of a product that can be reproduced is damaged (ex: DVD, books, etc.)
4. If the return period has elapsed (more than 7 days after receipt of the product)
5. In other cases, when there is a reasonable reason for not being able to request for refund or exchange.
6. All products for return or exchange must be in the same condition as the new product. It must not be worn, altered, or washed, and the product tag must remain anew.
7. In the case of custom-made products (team logo printing, embroidery, patch attachment, etc.), cancellation,
    exchange and return are not possible at all while production is in progress under the customer's approval.
8. In the case of some special-price products, exchange or return of the product may not be possible in case of the customer's simple change of mind,
    except in the case of product defects or misdelivery.  Thus, please be sure to refer to the detailed information of each product.

After sales service Information

1. Damage can be compensated according to the regulation on the consumer dispute resolution of the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
2. The customer is required to send the photos of the product that needs after sales service to Mooto via Mooto Shop KakaoTalk or by email mootoshop@mooto.com. 
     Then, Mooto will try to deal with the matter as quickly as possible after the confirmation. 
3. However, the customer may pay the after-sales service cost in case the defect that needs repair was caused by the customer's carelessness.
